APARTMENTS
The two magnificent eighteenth-century four-poster beds in the middle of the room, give the name to the first suite the Contuccis place at their guests’ disposal. Next to the elegant and finely restored old style furniture there are a very functional kitchenette and satellite TV to let you have a comfortable and up-to-date experience of going back to the Renaissance.
Breakfast is at guests' disposal next to the Bar "Compagni di Merende, with fixed menu; the bar is beside the luxory accomodation (closing day: Tuesday).
There is a single divan-bed available in the suite.
Thanks to the thick outside walls of the mansion, either the Contuccis, still living there, or their guests do not need air conditioning in summer.
Rates:
- € 120,00 per night
- additional single bed supplement: € 30,00 per night
- camping cot: € 5,00 per night
The prices include: electricity, water, gas, heating, bed linen and towels weekly change, final cleaning
TOURISM TAX CITY OF MONTEPULCIANO
According to the City Council resolution, since February 1st 2011 the City of Montepulciano has introduced the tourism tax, applicable to non-residents staying overnight.
The tourism rate is Euro 2,00 per person per night, however it does not apply to:
- children (up to 10 years old);
- adults who provide assistance to patients in hospital, maximum one adult per patient;
- adults and/or families, who provide assistance to under age hospitalized patients, maximum two each patient.
The tax is payable in CASH upon departure.
